Information you share

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, phone number, business details, and message you choose to provide. Contacting us by email or phone also shares the information in that conversation.

How we use it

WinSpark AI uses inquiry details to respond to you and discuss services. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing email list.

Services that process information

Our inquiry form is provided by Tally. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, which may include technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Their own privacy notices explain their processing: Tally privacy notice and OpenAI privacy policy.

Joy is our AI receptionist. If you email Joy, your message may be processed using AI to help route your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, or confidential client records through this website or an introductory inquiry.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, device information, and clicks on contact options. Google processes usage data and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send inquiry text, names, email addresses, or phone numbers in our analytics events, and we do not enable advertising personalization.

The Google tag remains blocked until you allow analytics. You can decline without affecting the website or inquiry form, and change your choice through Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection from this site and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data previously collected.
