Practical AI for small and medium-sized service businesses

Make your business work better.

WinSpark AI helps owners find the right opportunities, build useful solutions, and create more capacity for the work that moves your business forward.

AI is not the strategy.

The strategy is to build a better business. AI helps you get there faster.

“Begin with the endin mind.”
Stephen R. CoveyThe 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

The end goal is simple: better outcomes for your clients and customers. AI should help your team serve them better while creating more meaningful work, smoother systems, lower costs, and stronger growth.

We learn how your business works. We build when the value is clear.

Start with an assessment to understand the opportunities and decide what is worth pursuing. We help you decide what to tackle first, then scope implementation around those priorities.

AI Business Assessment

Starting at $3,000

$3,000 minimum or $1,000 per person assessed, whichever is greater.

A smarter business starts with your vision.

We start with you: how your business works, what matters most, and where you want it to go. Interviews with key employees add insight into the work behind those priorities, helping us build a practical roadmap for your business.

We recommend including key employees who are integral to your business’s success. Together, we identify whose perspective will add the most value.

Company-Wide AI Opportunity Assessment & Strategic Roadmap

Your roadmap brings together your goals, priorities, and firsthand knowledge of the business with findings from key employees. It shows where AI could make the greatest difference and what to pursue first.

  • Recommendations aligned with your goals and priorities
  • Opportunities across roles, departments, and handoffs
  • A prioritized implementation roadmap and 90-day action plan
  • Potential productivity and financial impact, with assumptions made clear
What your strategic roadmap includes
  • Executive AI opportunity summary: The most significant opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.
  • Owner-aligned recommendations: Focused on your priorities, such as growth, profitability, less administrative work, customer experience, or scaling.
  • Cross-role opportunities: Duplicated effort, broken handoffs, and opportunities for automation or integration that individual reviews might miss.
  • Prioritized roadmap: Opportunities ranked by potential impact, feasibility, cost, ease of implementation, and anticipated ROI.
  • Potential impact: Where sufficient information is available, estimates of time saved, capacity created, costs reduced, or other measurable improvements. Estimates include their assumptions and are not guaranteed outcomes.
  • Recommended next steps: A practical sequence for the next 90 days showing what to pursue first, what can wait, and where more investigation is needed.

Individual AI Productivity Assessment

Your employees know their jobs. We help uncover how AI can make them better at what they do.

Each participating person receives a role-specific assessment and practical recommendations. We evaluate opportunities to improve the work, not the employee’s personal performance.

What each person receives
  • Role and responsibility analysis: Responsibilities and how time is allocated.
  • Task and workflow review: Recurring activities, administrative work, manual processes, repetitive tasks, and bottlenecks.
  • AI opportunities: Specific work where tools, agents, or automation could save time, improve quality, or remove unnecessary effort.
  • Recommended tools and approaches: Technologies and potential solutions suited to the role.
  • Personalized recommendations: Actionable suggestions tailored to the person’s skills, responsibilities, and daily work.
  • Prioritized improvements: Opportunities with the greatest potential benefit and those easiest to put into practice.
  • Individual summary: Findings and recommended next steps to help the person become more productive, capable, and effective in their existing role.

We look at individual roles. We think about your entire business.

A receptionist handles intake and scheduling. A salesperson prepares estimates and follows up. An office manager transfers information between systems. Together, those assessments may reveal an opportunity to connect the whole customer journey, helping you grow without unnecessary overhead.

How the assessment works

  1. Start with you.

Your perspective as the owner or business leader anchors the assessment: your goals, priorities, frustrations, and how you see the business working.

  2. Learn from key employees.

Build on your perspective by reviewing the work, workflows, and practical AI opportunities of the key people we identify together.

  3. Deliver your roadmap.

Bring those findings together around your priorities, with individual assessments and a coordinated business-wide strategy, including your 90-day action plan.

How pricing works

Pay the greater of $3,000 or $1,000 multiplied by the number of people assessed. This is not a base fee plus a per-person fee.

Illustrative assessment fees
People assessedTotal fee
1$3,000
2$3,000
3$3,000
4$4,000
5$5,000
10$10,000
15$15,000

We always start with you as the owner or business leader. Together, we select which key employees to assess; you do not need to include your whole workforce. An owner-only assessment still costs $3,000.

Your strategic conversation is included and establishes the business priorities. It does not add to the priced participant count unless you also receive a full individual productivity assessment.

A plan you can act on.

The fee covers assessment and strategic recommendations. Building or deploying automations, agents, applications, and workflows, as well as training and ongoing support, are separate services.

We help you decide what your team can tackle and where specialized help may be useful. You can implement the recommendations yourself, work with another provider, or engage WinSpark AI through a separately scoped Solution Sprint or ongoing AI partnership.
